Frens and Frens provides master planning services at two levels:  historic site master plans and individual building master plans. As a basis, the master plan draws on two sources - the architectural and land resources that comprise the site and architectural program of the owner. From that data F&F designs solutions that are holistic and sustainable.  Phasing and budgeting are critical elements of the master plan, allowing early work to proceed without being impacted by later work.
